Studies and research from the world of work continue to remind us that women are more than twice as likely as men to underestimate their strengths and skills. And yet, the abilities and strengths of women are nothing less than incredible. We believe in the power of community and structured support to help women and mothers thrive and continuing to rise in their personal and professional journeys.
